Sumario:A 61‐year‐old woman developed a pulsatile mass on the left upper limb and was diagnosed with arteriovenous malformation with pseudoaneurysm. A two‐stage operation including ligation and resection of the aberrant branches and subsequent resection of the mass with revascularization was performed.
