description Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is one of the serious diseases that lead to a series of metabolic disorders, and its process is irreversible. In order to explore the intervention effect of the new nursing team intervention program in patients with CKD, 100 patients with CKD from May 2020 to May 2021 were randomly selected in this paper and divided into the traditional group and the combined group. The comparison of clinical nursing shows that the new nursing team management model improves the compliance, self-management efficiency, and quality of life of patients with CKD, which is worth recommending in nursing practice.
