Draft Genome Sequences of Erysipelothrix sp. Strains Isolated from Stranded Septic Bottlenose Dolphins in Alabama, USA

We report the genome sequences of two Erysipelothrix isolates from fatal cases of sepsis in bottlenose dolphins (Tursiops truncatus).
