Bone health, intellectual disability and epilepsy: An observational community‐based study

OBJECTIVES: Intellectual disability (ID) and epilepsy are independent risk factors for osteoporosis. Diverse predisposing factors influence this, for example in ID, genetics and poor nutrition and in epilepsy, anti‐seizure medication (ASM).
