We reported the case of a 31-year-old male patient with clinical and radiographic evidence of congenital H-type TEF. Although this fistula was located at the level of the second thoracic vertebra, the repair of the anomaly was performed successfully using a thoracoscopic approach with the novel use of a polyglycolic acid sheet reinforcement. |
