Rare Jejunal Large B-cell Lymphoma Mimicking a Crohn’s Disease Without Terminal Ileum Involvement

This case describes a 49-year-old man who presented with a several-month history of melena, and unintentional weight loss. Prior esophagogastroduodenoscopy and colonoscopy were unrevealing.
