description Neuropathic pain has been reported in patients with COVID-19 and it may develop months after COVID-19. The authors present the first report of oral neuropathic pain as a late complication of COVID-19. A 28-year-old woman attended the Oral Medicine Service complaining of pain in the teeth. In September of 2020, she was positive for the SARS-Cov-2 presenting cough, nasal congestion, anosmia, dysgeusia, sore throat, fatigue, myalgia, low concentration capacity, and memory loss. After 2 months, severe pain in the anterior teeth appeared, worsening at night. Oral examination did not show any dental or osseous signal compatible with the painful complaint. The treatment was with pregabalin and vitamin B12, uridine, and cytidine for 30 days. This clinical case can increase knowledge concerning the treatment of post-COVID-19 neurologic complications, as well information about this new disease.
