Sumario: | Malignant nerve sheath tumors (MPNSTs) are rare sarcomas tumors which rarely present as intrapelvic mass and are hard to diagnose clinically. We present a 29‐year‐old male patient presented with acute urinary retention and was diagnosed with large intrapelvic mass. After complete surgical resection, the histopathology confirmed the diagnosis of low MPNST. |
