Sumario:Intranasal sufentanil combined with intranasal dexmedetomidine exhibited an estimated sedation success probability as high as 94.9%, higher satisfaction scores, and only minor adverse events during endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS). This is a promising method for EUS sedation that does not require the presence of an anesthesiologist.
