Sumario: | Pulmonary artery angiosarcoma is a rare malignant vascular tumour with a poor prognosis and a grim clinical course. Common clinical presentations include shortness of breath, coughing and haemoptysis. Differential diagnosis includes thromboembolism and lung carcinoma.
