Iatrogenic abdominal hematoma and severe anemia due to cosmetic liposuction

A 40‐year‐old woman presented with a 3‐days history of lightheadedness after tumescent liposuction. Computed tomography revealed a hematoma in the subcutaneous fat of the abdomen. She was diagnosed with iatrogenic abdominal hematoma after cosmetic liposuction.[Image: see text]
