Sumario:• Thoracolumbal hyposgastric Necrotizing fasciitis (TLHNF) of dental origin is exceptional. • A 32 year-old male farmer with no particular history of pathology presented with a dental pain for 3 weeks with an automedicationof an association of diclofenac / paracetamol. Throrought clinical and laboratory examination results demonstrated a TLHNF of dental origin. • Apart from resuscitation and appropriate antibiotic therapy, multidisciplinary competences in odontostomatology, plastic surgery, maxillofacial and general surgeries are needed and provide good result.
