Exacerbation of Secondary Pulmonary Hypertension by Flat Chest after Lung Transplantation

A 40-year-old woman with idiopathic pleuroparenchymal fibroelastosis (IPPFE) and flat chest underwent left single lung transplantation (SLT). Although she had developed over-systemic pulmonary arterial pressure (PAP) at transplantation, it was alleviated. However, her PAP gradually increased again....
