Rectosigmoid sparing en bloc pelvic resection for fixed ovarian tumors: Surgical technique and perioperative and oncologic outcomes

PURPOSE: Patients with advanced ovarian cancer often undergo en bloc rectosigmoid resection with total hysterectomy to completely debulk the pelvis.
