There are few reports of inflammatory pseudotumors in the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. CASE REPORT: We report three cases of inflammatory pseudotumors of the nose and paranasal sinuses seen at the Division of Otolaryngology of the Medical School University Hospital, Sao Paulo University. DISCUSSION: Inflammatory pseudotumors of the paranasal sinuses present a variety of symptoms according to the site.
