For this consideration, academic and opinion articles, as well as national and state legislative proposals, were searched in dialogue with Regulatory Standard 15, which provides for unhealthy activities and operations. After reflection, the position taken is that payment is due for the duration of the pandemic, to all health care professionals working in the frontline against COVID-19. |
