In the title compound, [CoFe(2)(C(5)H(5))(2)(C(9)H(5)F(3)O(2))(2)(H(2)O)(2)], the central Co atom has an octahedral coordination geometry defined by two chelating trifluoromethyl-β-diketone ferrocene ligands and two aqua ligands, with the latter in a cis disposition.
