The resemblance of hemangioblastomas to other tumors renders preoperative diagnosis and management challenging. Herein, we report a case of a supratentorial hemangioblastoma accompanied by extensive reactive gliosis and diagnosed through magnetic resonance imaging. In addition, we review the relevant literature. |
