Sumario: | Pleural effusion is a rare manifestation in synovitis-acne-pustulosis-hyperostosis-osteitis (SAPHO) syndrome, which is characterized by the presence of osteoarticular lesions and dermatological involvement. We should consider SAPHO syndrome when encountering cases of anterior chest pain and pleural fluid. |
