Pediatric Diffuse Midline Gliomas: An Unfinished Puzzle

Diffuse midline glioma (DMG) is a heterogeneous group of aggressive pediatric brain tumors with a fatal prognosis. The biological hallmark in the major part of the cases is H3K27 alteration.
