Highly Sensitive and Selective Gas Sensors Based on NiO/MnO(2)@NiO Nanosheets to Detect Allyl Mercaptan Gas Released by Humans under Psychological Stress (Adv. Sci. 27/2022)

Highly Sensitive and Selective Gas Sensors In article number 2202442, Chunyan Li, Pil Gyu Choi, and Yoshitake Masuda introduce an in‐situ fabrication of Ni(OH)(2) nanosheets on gas sensor chips via a facile solvothermal process combined with post‐synthetic MnO(2) on its surface for modification. The...

Sumario:Highly Sensitive and Selective Gas Sensors In article number 2202442, Chunyan Li, Pil Gyu Choi, and Yoshitake Masuda introduce an in‐situ fabrication of Ni(OH)(2) nanosheets on gas sensor chips via a facile solvothermal process combined with post‐synthetic MnO(2) on its surface for modification. The NiO/MnO(2)@NiO gas sensors have excellent sensitivity and selectivity for detecting allyl mercaptan vapor, which is released by humans under psychological stress. [Image: see text]
