Immunoglobulin G4-Related Disease Involving the Pterygopalatine Fossa, Mimicking Invasive Aspergillosis: A Case Report and Literature Review

We report a case of Immunoglobulin G4 (IgG4) related disease involving the pterygoplataine fossa. A 83-year-old male presented with left ocular pain and visual disturbance.
