It mostly presents with abdominal pain and diarrhea. ZES may be sporadic or occur in association with multiple endocrine neoplasia type 1. Usually, ZES manifests between 20 and 50 years. We report two cases of patients who presented with abdominal pain, vomiting, watery diarrhea, and significant weight loss.
