description One of the most burning issues in health system is the concern of handling patients that requires emergency surgery. Emergency general surgery is done on both traumatic and nontraumatic acute disorders. Severe traumatic injury and bleeding is one of the causing agents for high mortality rate globally. Another group of patients that are in need of emergency surgery are those with heart failure, and in this particular paper, we analyzed emergency medicine with advanced surgery protocols focusing on gastric cancer, cardiac surgery, and bleeding as well as coagulopathy following traumatic injury.
