Gardnerella vaginalis Bacteremia in Male Patients: A Case Series and Review of the Literature

Gardnerella vaginalis colonization and invasive disease of the genitourinary tract in women has been well described. In men, this organism uncommonly causes infection, and bacteremia is rare.
