Sumario:The presented project focuses on omissions as part of digitization, particularly where employees are working primarily in home offices. The previously identified stress factors arising from the use of digital media were confirmed in a qualitative survey and expanded to include individual, as well as Covid-19 related aspects. In order to constructively counteract the limitations caused by the digital system, a flexibly applicable S.P.A.S.S. (Systemic Personal Assistance Service Solution) workshop was developed as a coaching tool. This coaching tool promotes internal communication, as well as the self-organization and reflection skills of employees.
