In addition to conventional treatment methods, lymphatic artificial pathway creation was used with subcutaneous implantation of silicone tubing. In conclusion, subcutaneous implantation of silicone tubing is a new technique that can be applied in advanced stage lymphedema patients, which increases the effectiveness of compression therapy.
