Sumario:Members of the genus Glutamicibacter have been reported from soil samples or some industrial pollution environments. Here, we present the genome of strain Glutamicibacter mysorens NBNZ-009, which was isolated from sediment from Jin Lake (Wuhan, China). The genome consists of a 3.68-Mbp circular chromosome and possesses 3,372 coding sequences.
