Sumario: | Cholecystocolonic fistula (CCF) is the second most common cholecystoenteric fistula, associated in most cases with stone disease. Symptoms are usually minimal or nonspecific, and preoperative diagnosis is uncommon. Although the incidence of FCC caused by gallbladder cancer comprises 1.7% of cases, it is necessary to suspect it in order to adopt the best therapeutic strategy. |
