Sumario:This report discusses a case of a 79-year-old male with a urethral injury following implantation of an inflatable penile prosthesis, leading to frequent urinary tract infections. The patient presented with scrotal pain and swelling, as well as abdominal and suprapubic tenderness and rebound. He was diagnosed with epididymo-orchitis, penile prosthetic infection, and pelvis abscess, and was treated with cephalexin. The patient was admitted for urology consultation and had an uneventful hospital stay.
