Sumario: | The stark rise in the incidence of dermal filler-related adverse sequelae has given rise to a variety of cosmetic distortions related to improper filler placement that include dynamic and static contour deformities of the face. In this article, we describe two instances of post-septal hyaluronic acid filler aggravating existing steatoblepharon and outline potential causative mechanisms responsible for this condition. |
