description A 43-year-old female with advanced HIV infection presented with two chronic skin lesions. Cutaneous cryptococcosis was confirmed and pulmonary cryptococcosis was suspected. The patient was neurologically asymptomatic and the cerebrospinal fluid cryptococcal antigen lateral flow assay was negative.
