Sumario:The COVID 19 pandemic was the biggest transformation accelerator for work organization. In a representative study, BSR asked 2374 employees about their experiences and expectations with mobile working (MoA). No different expectations among employees in different administrative areas or different age groups could be demonstrated. Family situation also does not lead to different expectations of MoA. Managers want less MoA. Most want to work 2 to 4 days in MoA. Therefore, there is no need for differentiated arrangements for different employee groups for the long-term success of mobile working.
