Late Transcatheter Aortic Valve Thrombosis Leading to Cardiogenic Shock

A 67-year-old woman with prior transcatheter aortic valve replacement presented with worsening dyspnea. Imaging revealed transcatheter aortic valve thrombosis and aortic stenosis.
