Cardiogenic Shock Due to Atrial Arrhythmia as the Initial Presentation of Transthyretin Cardiac Amyloidosis
Atrial arrhythmias are common in transthyretin cardiac amyloidosis (ATTR-CA), with a prevalence of ≤80%. They are often not well tolerated.
