Tracheal inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor presenting as an obstructive pediatric foreign body

We describe an unusual presentation of a suspected pediatric foreign body (FB) aspiration which was found to be an occlusive inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor (IMT) of the distal trachea.
