Sumario:Neurovasculature‐On‐A‐Chip In article number 2201882, Minjeong Jang, Nakwon Choi, and Hong Nam Kim present a hyperglycemic neurovascular unit‐on‐a‐chip model that can recapitulate the pathologies of diabetes‐induced Alzheimers' disease. The neurovascular pathologies are mediated by SIRT1 and thus could be rescued by the modulation of SIRT1 levels in each neuron and brain endothelial cell. [Image: see text]
