Paradoxical Left-to-Right Device Embolization Complicating Transcatheter Mitral Valve Edge-to-Edge Repair

We describe an unusual presentation of transcatheter mitral valve edge-to-edge repair device embolization into the left common femoral vein in a patient with primary degenerative mitral regurgitation.
