description Cartilage Regeneration PEG‐CHI‐KGN DN gel combined with peripheral blood‐derived mesenchymal stem cells (PB‐MSCs) is employed in treating knee cartilage defects. Compared with current tissue‐engineering products, it has unique strength because of optimized mechanics, high biosafety, and a simple preparation process. PEG‐CHI‐KGN DN gel promote the chondrogenic differentiation and survival of allogenic PB‐MSCs, ultimately enhancing cartilage regeneration and providing an innovative clinical treatment strategy from the tissue‐engineering perspective.
