Sumario:As ventures around the world begin to resume operations as the COVID-19 pandemic eases, entrepreneurs face new complexities and challenges especially among crowdfunding efforts. In this paper, we offer research-based insights focused on the three stages in a post-crisis recovery (i.e., business resumption, crisis impact analysis, and future evaluation and modification) to shed light on new trends in the crowdfunding context. The goal of this communication is to offer a forward-looking reflection of how crowdfunding has changed following the COVID-19 pandemic. We also offer recommendations to researchers as they attempt to understand the new landscape of crowdfunding.
