Sumario:This paper deals with the existence of solutions of the elliptic equation with nonlinear gradient term [Formula: see text] on [Formula: see text] restricted by the boundary condition [Formula: see text] , where [Formula: see text] is a bounded domain in [Formula: see text] with sufficiently smooth boundary [Formula: see text] , [Formula: see text] , and [Formula: see text] is continuous. The existence results of classical solutions and positive solutions are obtained under some inequality conditions on the nonlinearity [Formula: see text] when [Formula: see text] is small or large enough.
