Sumario:In recent years, extensive research has been focused on the field of single cell analysis. The isolation of single cells is the first step in this type of research. However, the techniques used for direct isolation and acquisition of single adherent cells are limited. Here, we present a method of obtaining selected single adherent cells using a separation device. Compared with other single cell isolation methods, this method has the advantages of simple operation, low cost, minimal cell damage, and preservation of cell morphology. Our methodology is, therefore, suitable for the collection of selected single adherent cells.
