Here, we present a method of obtaining selected single adherent cells using a separation device. Compared with other single cell isolation methods, this method has the advantages of simple operation, low cost, minimal cell damage, and preservation of cell morphology. Our methodology is, therefore, suitable for the collection of selected single adherent cells. |
