description | As a consequence of advances in Information and Communication Technologies, teleworking is becoming more and more common in organizations. These new ways of working create new challenges for companies such as team cohesion despite working in different locations. This article aims to analyze the effect of the use of so-called “virtual worlds” on the group cohesion of employees in organizations. The focus group methodology has made it possible to gather the beliefs and opinions of company employees about the use of these resources and tools. The results obtained show the positive effect of the use of virtual worlds on the cohesion of the teleworking team. |
