Draft Genome Sequences of Phytase Active Endophytic and Epiphytic Erwinia gerundensis Isolated from Wheat (Triticum aestivum) Seeds

Here, we provide draft genome sequences of an epiphytic strain (HEP01) and an endophytic strain (HEN01) of Erwinia gerundensis, isolated from wheat (Triticum aestivum) seeds.
