Pelvico-Vesicostomy for Horseshoe Kidney With Severe Right Ureteric Stricture and Bilateral Hydronephrosis

Ureteropelvic junction (UPJ) obstruction is the most common renal anomaly observed in infants with congenital hydronephrosis.
