Quadripartitioned Single-Valued Neutrosophic Properties and Their Application to Factors Affecting Energy Prices

The main idea of this study is the development of a quadripartitioned neutrosophic relations(properties)-based on decision-making method to recommend the most influential factor that affects energy prices in Colombia during pandemic. For supporting the results, we take some particular cities which are located in Colombia where prices of energy have been affecting before, during and after Covid-19 pandemic. The result provides evidence on the feasibility of the proposed method in recommending the influential factors that affect energy prices.
