Sumario:Nucleus delivery is still considered as one of the tough steps in SICS among fresh surgeons, leading to various complications at the verge of completion of surgery which further decreases the confidence and elongates the learning curve among the residents,trainees & fellows. Our new technique “Hydroexpression” utilizes minimal manipulation and minimal instrumentation to express the nucleus with only hydro-cannula without even use of viscoelastics in AC.
