We report a case of disseminated herpes zoster with polyneuropathy and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) findings following the Pfizer-BioNTechvaccine. Our observation aims to increase clinicians' awareness of a possible relationship between herpes zoster reactivation and SARS-CoV-2 vaccines.
