Our findings specified that SPM enhanced rice tolerance against Cr toxicity via decreasing accumulation of Cr and markers of oxidative damage (H(2)O(2), O(2)(•−) and MDA), improving antioxidant defense enzymes, photosynthetic apparatus, nutrients and phytohormone balance.…”
